Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper

Holly Hill Construction and Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to join our team.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering and verifying vendor invoices along with helping track vendor POs working with managers from different locations
  • Manage W9s, manage aging, print checks, help with projecting payables for multiple divisions
  • Maintaining accounts payable vendor files
  • Mailing/making vendor payments
  • Responsible for tracking and entering corporate credit card charges in each division
  • Aiding in the reconciliation and payment of multiple credit accounts
  • Occasional accounts receivable work - making customer deposits and an occasional trip to the bank and/or post office
  • Assist the Controller in pulling data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting meetings

Salary: Estimated pay is between $18 -$22 an hour.
