Dock Crew Leader

Chattanooga Dock Builders is looking for an exceptional Crew Leader for their dock crews. It is important for us to have team members who don’t just punch a clock. We are looking for someone who is not satisfied with being average but who strives for a sense of ownership of each job and the company and gives 100% to see it succeed and grow. We are looking for a Go-Getter.

We are looking for someone who has the following characteristics:

Someone who is efficient, reliable, and manages their time well 

Someone that takes ownership in the company and takes responsibility for their actions

Someone that has been around the building field and knows how to work with their hands

We are offering the following employment package:

$22-25/hr based on skill
