Maintenance Tech

H&H Property Management looking for full-time Maintenance Tech for a 196 unit apartment community in Decatur, AL.

The Maintenance techs responsibilities will include: helping complete all resident's maintenance requests, getting vacant units ready for new move-ins and serving our residents.

Several years of field experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall is preferred.

Pay: Estimated payrange is$14-$16 an hour depending on your experience, skills and what you bring to our team. Plus monthly commissions every time a resident renews their lease.

This job is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday and you will take turns being on call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance calls.
