Maintenance Tech

H&H Property Management looking for full-time Maintenance Tech for a 72-unit apartment community in Danville, VA

The Maintenance tech's responsibilities will include: Helping complete all resident's maintenance requests, getting vacant units ready for new move-ins, and keeping the building presentable and free of hazards.

We also have a sister property across town that is 168 - units. Our maintenance team at both properties shares the after-hours maintenance schedule and will help out with special projects between the properties as needed.

Experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall is preferred.

• Pay is estimated to be between $15 -$17 an hour depending on your experience, skills and what you bring to our team. Plus monthly commissions for every time a resident renews their lease.

This job is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday and you will take turns being on call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance calls at both our Danville properties.
