Description of duties:

The superintendent is in charge of mobilizations, daily on-site supervision, and maintaining quality control. The Superintendent reports to and works closely with the PM, executing and reporting back on job site activities. The superintendent is responsible for the direct management of the crew leaders and administering their tool allotment and 1 on 1 review.

Who does CDB need in this role?

● 8 years of hands-on construction experience/ Owns a tool belt and knows how to use it

● Someone experienced with driving trucks, trailers & heavy equipment

Preferred experience & certifications

● CLASS A CDL

● OSHA 30

● Forklift certification
